18. I would like to have more premises ID cards, what do I do?

You may call WLIC at 1-888-808-1910 to requeste additional cards. Or you are welcome to send a note with your premises ID and the number of cards you would like to request. Mail this to the address below and WLIC will print and mail your additional card(s) to you.
